Policies &
Procedures:

Pool
hours are from 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
·
Please bring
your own towels.
·
The
Comfort Inn Cape Cod is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
·
You
must present your ID card to the pool or front desk attendant.
·
Hours
of operation will change occasionally in the event of improvements, cleaning,
etc.
·
Use
of the pool, sauna, hot tub, cardiovascular room is done at your own risk.
·
You
must be 18 years of age to use the cardiovascular room.
·
An
adult must accompany children the age of 16 or younger.
·
You
must be at least 16 years of age to use the hot tub.
·
No
glassware, food, large flotation devices or object throwing allowed in the pool
area.
·
No
diapers are allowed in the pool, waterproof diapers are required.
·
Any
person causing damage or disturbance will forfeit membership without refund.
·
Your
membership is non-transferrable and no refunds are allowed.
·
Pool
memberships may not be frozen for any reason.
·
One
additional card will be provided if lost, thereafter, additional cards are
$5.00.
·
Day
passes are available for $10.00 per swimmer.
·
Extra
person may be added to a membership at registration for $50.00
·
Prices
are subject to change.

Area for Cake, Presents, Food, Snacks, Decorating etc.

$13.00 per child
Policies & Procedures:
·
Pool Party hours
are from 12:00-2:00, 2:30-4:30, and 5:00-7:00.
·
Limit to 20
children per party.
·
Please bring your
own towels.
·
Please note the
time you have reserved, often multiple parties are scheduled per day.
·
Parties must use
the pool first, then the breakfast area. Parties may not use the pool after
eating.
·
Children must be
fully clothed, with shoes, while in the breakfast area.
·
The Comfort Inn
Cape Cod is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
·

responsible for unexpected pool closings. On occasion, without notice, the pool
is closed for cleaning due to accidents, chemical levels, etc. In this event,
we will try to accommodate your party with an alternate plan or date. We
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
